I am an executive leader and researcher working at the intersection of technology, talent, and innovation. My career spans IT operations, cybersecurity, HR Tech, and AI, with contributions recognized through international publications and industry awards.

I authored The Global Recruiter’s Guide to the U.S. IT Industry: Strategies, Skills, and Success for Talent Partners Worldwide and hold professional memberships including Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Council of Science Editors (CSE), and the North American Association of Sales Engineers (NAASE).
