Recognized internationally for my original contributions at the crossroads of AI, HR-Tech, and cybersecurity, I bring a unique perspective that blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. My work has been published in leading platforms including IEEE, ACM, Springer, Bloomsbury, and peer-reviewed journals, and showcased through global conferences and invited lectures. At every stage of my career, my mission has been clear: to push the boundaries of how technology can strengthen human strategy, organizational resilience, and trust.

My journey began during the Y2K era in India, where cybercafés and dial-up connections first sparked my curiosity. What fascinated me was not just how technology worked, but how it connected people. That curiosity soon became mastery, as I pursued certifications across networking and security eventually qualifying for the elite Cisco CCDE exam and building a technical foundation in infrastructure, routing, and cybersecurity defense. Yet, my career did not remain confined to engineering alone.

A pivotal turn came when I entered the U.S. staffing and recruitment industry. What began as a financial decision transformed into a second passion: helping organizations bridge critical talent gaps. My technical background gave me a rare edge I could dissect infrastructure requirements, anticipate client pain points, and translate them into both technical solutions and talent strategies. Over time, I rose to leadership roles, managing global teams, winning Fortune 500 bids, negotiating contracts, and delivering cross-industry projects in healthcare, telecommunications, engineering, finance, and banking.

Today, I serve as Vice President of IT Operations and Recruitment, a role that unifies everything I have learned: securing infrastructures, building high-performing teams, innovating HR-Tech solutions, and aligning technology with human capital strategy. Beyond my executive responsibilities, I remain deeply engaged in research, authorship, and peer review contributions that have earned recognition through international awards such as the Stevie Awards and appointments as a judge and reviewer for global innovation platforms.

My scholarly work reflects my interdisciplinary focus, clustered across three domains:

Cybersecurity & AI Defense:

I have advanced Zero Trust security in Software-Defined Networks (SDN), introduced AI-driven causal inference models for cross-cloud threat detection, and designed federated learning frameworks that protect employee performance data while enabling analytics. My work on CNN-based intrusion detection with attention mechanisms and cross-domain adversarial robustness in multimodal neural networks has been recognized for improving resilience against evolving cyber threats.

AI in HR-Tech & Talent Management:

My research has pioneered AI-enhanced talent retention strategies, predictive frameworks for employee engagement and workforce forecasting, and the use of AI-driven project management tools for optimized resource allocation. These contributions demonstrate how machine learning can directly address global challenges in recruitment, DEI, and strategic workforce planning.

Cloud, Infrastructure & Enterprise Efficiency:

I have explored how AI forecasting can optimize resource management and energy consumption in multi-cloud environments, bridging sustainability with enterprise efficiency.
